We’re excited to finally be able to announce our speakers for this year’s LILIS (Livestock In Low Input Systems) conference on Thursday 9th of June! We’ve got a jam-packed day planned at Howside Organic Farm and we hope you can join us.
The LILIS (Livestock In Low Input Systems) conference will look at the successes and challenges of upland livestock production in organic, upland and similar low-input systems. Topics under discussion will be the use of appropriate breeds, marketing and branding, and a back-to-basics approach to the animal and its role in the farming system.
The current programme offers a wide array of different speakers, as well as an on-farm walk during the afternoon.
